Chemometric-Based Optimization of Ionic Liquid-Based Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction for Separation and Preconcentration of Erythrosine from Real Matrices

In this research paper, a simple and economic ionic liquid-based liquid-liquid microextraction (IL-DLLME) procedure was developed to ensure efficient rapid separation preconcentration of erythrosine from cosmetic food samples. Important parameters such as IL volume, temperature, acetone ultrasonic time pH that may affect the IL-DLLME have been optimized by central composite design (CCD) based on response surface methodology (RSM). The optimum values were determined 440 µL, 35 oC, 120 9 min 4.2, respectively. Using these conditions, some analytical data obtained for listed below.
